    I can’t send play or respond to messages because i can’t get my xbox to scroll. I go to communications and go to message request and choose a chat but after that i cant do anything. I cant play a message respond to a message or even get the page to scroll
    up or down to view other messages. Please help.

    If you are looking to speak with official Xbox Chat support you will need to go to support.xbox.com/contact-us. Once you get to step four it will let you choose chat support. Be sure to skip the virtual assistant.
