    Chat With Microsoft Support Greyed-Out required Fields


    Im having problems contacting microsoft support.When the required fields appear,they are greyed-out and my old email address is filled in instead of my new one.How can i change this info?

    First Name, Last Name and email greyed out in XBox support chat

    Unable to put anything in First name, last name fields but email address is filled in but all are greyed out in the xbox support chat window so I am unable to chat with support.

    Can't contact ms support, please call me if ms support is reading this

    Trying to contact support. After I signed in, the first name & last name fields are empty and greyed out, but they are required..... So there's no way for me to either get a callback or chat. Please contact me when if ms support is reading this.

    All my billing information is correctly filled but it stills displays the old name and email address.
