chat with friends still on 360

Discus and support chat with friends still on 360 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is there a way I can play and chat with friends who are still on 360. I have xbox one.     Is there a way I can play and chat with friends who are still on 360. I have xbox one. If there is not a way, will this be enabled as I understand they are different systems, even though still xbox live?

    lame party system on xbox one ?

    Im extremely upset with the party chat on xbox one..... for one, they said if you got a one you would still be able to be in a party chat with someone on 360... WTH happened to that, I didn't keep up with news about this so I assumed when I got this damn
    thing I would still be able to chat with my friends... now seeing as how all my friends are still on 360 I cant chat with any of them. I do like my xbox one but I miss talking to my .... SO yea I agree..... way to fail xbox

    Disable party chat during xbox live

    Here's the thing though (all arguing aside- above). Party Chat is a simple Method of staying in Contact with Friends regardless of what I am doing on my Xbox 360. If I leave to the Dashboard (or even just the Games Title Menu),
    I can still speak with my Friends. This is not the case with any Game Chat. This above everything else is lost by forcing Players into Game Chat.

    Simple solution, play with Friends in Party Chat. What's wrong with that?

    You can actually send messages via chat, but you can't talk with your voice. (I've sent messages to my friends using my Xbox One to their 360 consoles.)

    No, it's not possible to play or chat with players cross-platform. There's no word on if this will be something they add in the future.

    All my friends that have their ONE are still on my friends list so we should carry over at least as friends. We can chat but can't play unless they start up their 360's.
