    Chat to a real agent


    Could someone please tell me how to connect to a real person in the Microsoft Support Chat. When I click on the chat/talk to a person option it keeps looping right back to the virtual agent making me ask to talk to a live person over and over - I need
    to query a re-occurring charge, but can't get through to a human - it is so annoying!!!

    please contact our Microsoft Support Professional at 1-800-936-5700. They are open Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM (PST); Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST).

    1. Click Billing (even if it's not for billing)

    2. Click No thanks to the virtual agent

    3. Click Error messages & codes

    4. Click Chat with Xbox Support or Request a callback.

    Not all of the options end in "chat with xbox support", but this one does.
