    chat stopped working suddenly


    xbox one headset was working fine, I could hear other players chat and they could hear me. Suddenly stopped working so purchased new headset (stealths), still not working. Spoke to microsoft numerous times and they took me through there troubleshooting
    guide. After this failing they said check my upnp settings, so I got on to sky broadband to make sure everything was OK. Sky then rang Microsoft and was told to manually enter the ports, which has been done.

    After another night off troubleshooting still nothing working Microsoft have said it could be the controller that is faulty, I find this hard to believe as the headsets have been connected to a different controller and stI'll nothing, after I had told them
    this they saI'd the console could be faulty!! WHAT IS GOING ON!!!

    Xbox One Kinect Stopped Working

    My XBoxOne suddenly stopped working last night as well. Was there an update recently or something? In addition to my Kinect suddenly bricking, it also stopped turning my TV & receiver off/on. The heck's going on?

    Controller firmware update for headset adapter

    I have not validated the version of firmware, but I know it suddenly stops working. To update it, I plug the controller in and update firmware. I do this for both controllers. Then it will work for a couple of weeks and suddenly stop.

    HDMI Suddenly stopped working.

    So...

    I left both the TV and XBOX unplugged while I was at work today. Tried it again when I got home. I no longer have the TV's own blue screen with "not supported" displayed (by the tv)

    I now; after some initial static have a green screen being displayed by the XBOX.

    I've taken the XBOX to another room and it continues to function fine on another TV

    Hi there,

    Have you tried swapping between your TV's AV channels? This sometimes solves the issue I have heard, as unplugging the HDMI while in use may have reset your default working AV channel (not fully confirmed)

    In your Xbox settings try.

    Power & Startup - Turn off or restart - FULL SHUTDOWN

    I've had a similar issue this seems to remedy it.
    Thanks but sadly this did not remedy the problem.
