Chat room for those of us having trouble with the GwG download of dark souls

This is what's up I bought dark souls on my Xbox back 8/3/13, didn't have any problems the account that download it ran out, around the time it came out for free so, I took my Xbox one profile to my 360 too play with friends should I be able to play the
version that my other account paid for.(And I am aware I can't use the olds saves)

Dark Souls 1 co-op / help

Little hard to play online with the Gwg edition when the game is having update problems. Granted people who are using the Gwg version can still play with other Gwg users of dark souls

 

Missing games

hi . I need help

I have some games I redeemed during gwg and with download codes that I installed then played and later uninstalled

I now wish to play these games again . namely lords of the fallen which I got with gwg and dark souls which I got with dark souls 3 . both of these used to live in my ready to install list but have disappeared . I have went to these games directly in the
store but it is asking me to buy lords of the fallen and says dark souls is not available but as far as I am concerned I own these games . why am I now unable to install them

 

Just to confirm, it won't let you play the Dark Souls that you downloaded last year?

If you downloaded the GwG version and still have the original on your hard drive that may cause issues.

 

I could for like the first 48 hours then I was kick offline and forced to download the free with gold so, now I have two dark souls game downloaded on my hard drive and can't player either of them. So I deleted both and I noticed that I have a title update
on my hard drive so I re downloaded my purchased copy but still can't play on my (Xbox one profile recovers on my 360 any ideas

 

Could it be something to do with license transfers between X1 and 360? Might be worth a look.

Another idea, might be to delete both files, clear the system cache, and to retry the download.

It shouldn't matter if you're on the XO, I have both and use both daily with no problem. Still, try a transfer to see if it helps, then download it again from your history.
