chat pad and wireless headset problems.

Zeph, have you tried updating the controller with the chat pad connected? It sounds like the receiver for the headset doesn;t like the chat pad at all... Have you tried wiring the controller into the console with the chat pad connected and seeing if it
still gives you issues? Maybe that will bypass the wireless interference... let us know buddy!

cause if they both work to fix the issue I would like the added functionality of the Chat pad over the head phone adapter.

I too had this issue with my old solid red controller, chat pad and a wireless headset.

My controller was a dud to begin with. It ruined a battery pack, 3 wireless headsets stopped working after a day of use and when I had the chat pad and wireless mic set up. the lights would try to pair up but the mic would end up syncing as player 2 without
2nd controller nearby. (but it used to work at first)

When I got my new Red Tomb Raider controller, it was all good...but I got rid of the chat pad anyways since I havent used it in years and I didnt want the same issue to come about.

I don' t have that headset. I do have issues with the chat pad as far as chat but I don't have any issues with sound while using any of four different headsets. Xbox Stereo Headset, the chat headset that came with it, and two off brands.

Usually the only problem is that the chat-pad glows as muted chat and even the xbox one Guide shows muted but in the game (Elder Scrolls Online) its not muted regardless of either compatible chat headsets.

Perhaps a future update will address this as a public update went out this week.
