    Chat mixer not working/Greyed out


    So, I need help with my Chat mixer its greyed out. I went into settings fixed my audio and updated my controller and it still doesn't work. I even did the trick where you put the headset cord slowly into the controller. It's been like this for a week now. Please help!!!
