    Chat mixer audio not working.


    I recently did an update firmware to my Turtle beach stealth 700 Gen 2 headset. Ever sinnce then, my chat volume has not worked. I've reset, shut down, disconnected headset, controller and made sure all is up to date.

    in the xbox audio section where you can adjust headset volume, game chat, and mic monitoring; This section is all grey'd out and does not allow me to adjust those volumes for chat. everythign is turned down so in game chat i can not hear others talking as
    well.

    has anyone ran into this? is there a fix?

    it never works, same with audio via wired controller, you have to use the gamebar volume mixer to sort your audio, the balance and game chat mixer on the headset is for console use.

    Are you using the chat mixer to change the balance between party and game chat audio? That function makes a beep when you max out the mixer function to all game or all party chat audio.

    this feature have been added to Mixer, but not sure about Twitch
    Mixer only has a setting to include xbox party chat audio on stream, not game chat audio

    Thanks for the response. I did the hard reset but still have the same issue. Under Settings>general>volume & audio output, then under "volume options" chat mixer is there. The problem is getting the chat mixer to appear under system>audio where it shows
    "headset volume" "mic monitoring" and "chat mixer". The last one "chat mixer" no longer appears in the systems audio section.

    Any more suggestions?
