Chat Menu problems

I go to the chat tab on my Xbox but when I select someone to chat to I cant select anything, please help me. I can choose options from the selection menu of the chat settings, even when I have the tab to type with people open.

Nevermind, just had to restart my console

Menu at the top, in the support menu > Contact Us, find the issue that is closest to the problem and select it, at the bottom of the page is a list of contact us options select contact Microsoft support live chat (there is also an ambassador chat don't select
that one)

On the bottom right corner of your game screen is the chat menu. When there is a chat bubble on your opponents avatar, that means they sent you a chat reply/response. Click on the chat menu icon to view the chat.

This is where im coming from. There is plenty of articles and info. Go to contact us link, attempt to request call/chat by selecting problem from drop down menus. But none of them have phone or chats available
