Chat issues

Five days ago I was gaming late night with no issues what so ever, when suddenly I couldn't hear any of my usual friends in party or game chat. I tried to reset the xbox one and go from there with no luck. I was using a turtle beach x-12 headset with a headset
adapter purchased from Microsoft all of which I'd been using since March. Since then I've purchased and returned Two Xbox one Stereo headsets that come with headset adapters and a Sony Gold Headset, none of these will allow the other players to be heard although
they can hear me fine. The only one working is the chat headset that was sent with the Xone. I'm totally frustrated with this issue, I've updated the controllers and the headset adapters as well as made sure the NAT is working and open. I've reset routers
and modem to make sure there was no Issue. I even went as far as to make sure the Terenado is set to open on the router. The time I have into trying figure this out is ridiculous.

I spent over an 1hr and 40min on a chat with MS support and the conversation just came to an abrupt end when I was informed "It's on your end," what ever that means?The Xbox one support was a joke, I had to ask for a work ticket number in case this product
needs to be sent back, I was never given any email follow up or even asked is there anything else we can help you with.

It's an absolute travesty what they charged early adaptors like myself, and to still have these issues a year later is unacceptable especially considering how well it worked on the 360. Every night when I game with friends the quality of the sound is all
crackly and choppy. I'm open to any dialogue with anyone who reads these forums especially the people from Microsoft.

I'm having same issue, I can hear people but they can't hear me. Tried just about every trick in the book too.

Still no reply, someone needs to lose a job. How difficult is it to answer a question about a faulty mic, when answering questions is your job? It's been two days, and none of you have taken the time to look my question over. At this rate I'd have been better
off to sit in the queue for talking with a live support person, you jokes in these forums are slower than dirt when it comes to speedy responses. No answers here, or on twitter.

Thank you for responding Aussie but most of what is in that link is for the 360...and I did try any thing pertaining to the ONE, and so far a fail.
