Chat in cross play

Discus and support Chat in cross play in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can hear everyone through my headset which is the 3.5 mm jack with no adapter. But i cant talk to anyone.     Chat in cross play


    I can hear everyone through my headset which is the 3.5 mm jack with no adapter. But i cant talk to anyone. I can talk to people in a xbox live party chat though. Ive done the controller update and Privacy settings in the settings. Anyone know whats going
    on. Cant do cross chat.

    Can you provide more specifics on which game perhaps. I had something similar happen with Fornite. I had to create a Part on my Xbox and then switch to Game Chat to be able to talk. It does not appear to allow private party chats cross platform though.

    Hey Montserrat!

    The ability to party chat is not something that is available for cross platform play. You should be able to chat using in game chat while cross platform play at least for now.

    No. You can chat but there is no cross play.
