    Hi there all! I am having an issue with party chat while I could have a conversation on game chat just fine. It shows the members of my party muted (I can not unmute them), also showing "Sorry voice and text chat aren't available right now please try to
    join the party later. [0x800c0005]"

    I googled this and found a video on clearing the cache. I tried that as well. (Twice)

    This issue happened while in the middle of a game.

    Please help its hard playing these war games with no comms haha!

    Thank you for your response. I understand you are experiencing an issue with a player on Xbox Live. Please follow the steps on this page to properly address the player:

    Submit a Report - Xbox One    . There are no special permissions that others can have while playing on Xbox Live. If a person tells you they are a moderator and threaten abuse of powers, they are likely not who they say they are. You can also choose to

    block and mute     the player to prevent you from seeing that player online again.
