    Chat help


    Ive created a new group chat and there is this kid who keeps harassing us and changing the chat to a game he likes and ive removed him in the past i cant remove him now and there is no indication hes left. Also ive reported him for harassing but enforcemet
    doesnt seem to care while letting him get us comm bans for the tiniest little trash talk joking with each other. What can i do?

    Thank you for your response. I understand you are experiencing an issue with a player on Xbox Live. Please follow the steps on this page to properly address the player:

    Submit a Report - Xbox One    . There are no special permissions that others can have while playing on Xbox Live. If a person tells you they are a moderator and threaten abuse of powers, they are likely not who they say they are. You can also choose to

    block and mute     the player to prevent you from seeing that player online again.
