Chat enhancements

here are a couple ideas i have for better options for chatting.

when it is serious game time i wear my turtle Beaches. but a lot of times i just jump on and play for a few minutes. for example: right now i am doing the Gears of War Ultimate campaign. i am playing it cooperatively. i don't always wear my turtle beaches
when i am trying to get a chapter completed when a few minutes presents.

what i was thinking was either/or:

1. you make activation of the Kinect mic an option in the quick menu ( double tap blade). that way i can quickly chat with people with out frantically searching for my headset.
   
2. maybe an open mic dongle ( puck ) that can plug into the controller that will give me quick ability to chat quickly.
   

in general headphones are the way to go, but sometimes, especially after a long game night, i don't want to wear them.

you could mute/block the people doing this or turn off people from contacting you that are not on your friendlist.

I vote for this.

My daughter always turns on chat via Kinect and forgets to turn it off.

I then have to back out of a game after I discover that chat is on and turn it off through settings.

Or worse , Maybe I'm double chatting if I decide to plug in the TB's. Or does it cancel out the Kinect? I 've always wondered about that?
