Chat Broken

So I just found a very odd issue with my 360 chat. It started making a popping noise in the headset and no one can hear me. I have tried 3 different controllers and 3 different headsets and I still get the crackling noise. I hear it even when I'm not
on live or in a party. Just...crackling, as soon as the system starts if I have the headset plugged in. I recorded a voice message and it sounds as though the speech is sped up. I have no idea what this is all about, never had the problem before, it
seems to come and go randomly, but there is nothing I can do to get rid of it. Any ideas because I am completely and utterly stumped.

Was going to buy a !00.00 pare of XBOX One Headphones, but NOT now! Chat is BROKEN BROKEN BROKEN.

 

PARTY CHAT BROKEN?!

Ever since I had the update, my friends cannot join any of my parties and I cannot join theirs. Someone please help me.

 

what kind of internet are you using (dill up or DSL or cable?)

 

By any chance do you have your play n' charge cable connected every time you do this? A friend of mine had a problem like that when he would charge his controllers.

If not, I can't really help you out here.

 

I have good cable internet and no play and charge kit, though I have tried it. Could it be something with the xbox itself? That's all I can think of. It seems to come and go for no reason. So It probably isn't there today any more, which will lead me to
forget about it until it comes back, at which point I simply can't play with friends.
