why i receive a chat ban when iv already have one since 1 week ? -____- i cant talk why iv a second one ? ban abuse count on me for take a PS4 next time

XBox Live Suspension

Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

Let me see if I can explain to you how you can get another suspension on an account when you are currently serving one.

This is just an example and not your account in particular

1. You send a message on October 7th that violates the code of conduct and the person you sent it to reports that message

2. The Xbox enforcement team then investigates the report and issues a 1 week suspension starting October 12th because that is how long it took them to investigate the original report.

3. Sometime between October 7th and October 12th (while you still are able to talk because the enforcement team was investigating the original report) you send another message that violates the code of conduct.

4. The enforcement team then gets this report and investigates it and determines that you have again violated the code of conduct so they give you a suspension for the second message starting on October 16th and runs for however long.

Remember EVERY report is investigated by a Xbox enforcement agent and takes time for them to investigate it.

 

If you receive an additional chat ban after another, this is usually, because during one conversation you violated the code of conduct twice.

Please consider this example:

Other person: "You are the reason we lost that match. Why did you just camp at that corner instead of pushing the payload with us?"

You: "I wasn't camping you [expletive]. I was strategically sniping the enemy from the payload." (the other person reports this message, as you were using an expletive violating the Code of Conduct)

Other person: "Well that didn't work out, did it?"

You: "Well maybe if you were better at that game, you wouldn't have sucked and played like [another expletive]" (this message is also being reported by the other person).

This one conversation has generated two separate reports.

For the first message you got the 1 week ban.

Then the Enforcement team reviewed the second report, and also found that the message violates the Code of Conduct, and added a second communications suspension.
