    Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

    so I got chat ban because I was playing GTA V races and this dude is blocking the way so I called him a
    [Mod Removed]. I don't usually send offensive messages and my reputation is good, that is why I think that the ban inappropriate

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. And it should show you when the suspension will be lifted.

    How can you ban someone that has not even commented on this site? Are you illegally spying on me?

    if you have been banned it will be most likely on the console, any messages chats or in game chats that are reported will result in a ban if you break the terms and conditions.
