    hello everyone,

    i got into an argue with someone and i said some words and i got banned for it , after the 2days passed i massaged him again and got banned for 4days , and then i blocked him and deleted all the messages , and everything was going well and then i got banned again for nothing when i went to the website to see what did happen they showed me an old message i've sent, come on it happened and i got banned for it the first time why again,

    Hi there Adel K. I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today.

    I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox.

    You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal all non-permanent bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal. Just explain to them what you explained to me. There is unfortunately no system in place to fix a ban as no other support team or community can change it for you. You must go through this way. I am sure if you explain it to them, they will be sure to help.

    As a general rule of thumb, do not message someone again if they are the reason for a ban. It'll never go well. (Unless you're very close with them)

    Have you received a communications ban recently? There seems to be an ongoing problem with the ban system where party chat remains blocked even though the ban time has expired.

    To find out if your suspension is over you can either read the email sent to you telling you how long the suspension is or log in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo & see what enforcement action is on your account & whether it is still active or not.

    The link ISirDubstepI provided is the best place to send someone having the issue the op described.

    not really it clearly says "active enforcement action" the title of this thread "Problem chat party after ban" meaning its not active so he cannot open one!!
