Chat ban extended until 25th of June but dont know why??

I had a ban for ''communication'' and a ban for ''harassementabuseandthreaths'' running until the 31th of march. Now its the 5th of april and still cant chat with my friends. I tried to get some answers from the xbox support chat and they said that my ban
was extended until the 25th of june... they didnt know why and they said that i should ask for help from the enforcement team and ask for an investigation. pls help cause a ban unitl june is way to long

Xbox extened my chat ban..

Recently i had a chat ban case get reviewed but without my knowledge xbox extended my ban form sunday the 17th to the 25th which i have already spent 2 weeks without being able to chat to my friends.

 

Assistance with ban

I received a message from Xbox saying my account had enforcement action. The initial message stated that my ban was for two weeks and would end June 30, 2017 at midnight. I went to sign in today and the ban is still active. After checking the enforcement
page, I saw that the ban was extended until the end of September, 2017. I was NOT notified about the extended ban, nor told why. I would like to know why the ban was extended AND why Microsoft did not inform me of additional action.

yeah i know its Always this answer .. but here in the Netherlands the site is not optimal. i cant see when my ban ends and i cant review any case.. even the ''Sign in to your Microsoft account'' page does not work for
half of the time.

so yeah i asked the xbox support team and they said that its strange that they extended the ban and didnt know why..

 

so cant review the case because the official case is already closed ( it was until the 31th of march)...

and now apparently the ban (while its closed) is extenden with more than 2 months.
