    I have a question if anyone knows the answer.

    i logged a support ticket/reference at the start of december. My xbox stopped syncing game saves. i chased dialy over christmas for a resolution. i am still chasing today but today i find that my ticket was closed. no one got back to me.



    i asked multiple times for someone to contact me over this time and i even started in the new yr asking for compensation as having a console from 23rd november and two wks later you cant play your games i thought this was ridiculous.



    But anyways today i have found my ticket has been closed. im disgusted. Has anyone else had these issues contacting support or them actually egtting back to you? especially the advocacy team?

    i need to know how to raise this up as an issue as im disgusted in how this has been handled. over a month and without any contact and i had to do all leg work ringing up or chatting pretty much each day to now find out my ticket is closed. I have never
    known a support system so pants. I have asked to raise a complaint but i am guessing this has been closed too.

    i need to know how to riase this up to a senior lvl and get an apology of some kind. as waiting a month to find this out is wrong. as i found this out as i am chasing myself not that anyone has phoned me.

  3. Fix To Game stopping and not installing!

    You need to contact xbox support on chat or call and tell them the problem they will get you a ticket to activision but you need to get a support ticket from them as xbox's activision number is out of date but copy down
    the ticket the person gives you.

Microsoft and Steam not interested so waiting on Xbox Support but think I created a Ticket for help but they are not helpful and just sent me a list of Microsoft and Steam etc Supports which I already have. Typical Game Support once they have your money no help! Thanks for your time.
