    Having a few issues,

    1. I have to talk quietly because if not it crackles really loud for my friends

    2. My friends can't hear my very loudly

    3. I can't hear my friends very well apart from my friend who did the DIY chat adapter It's better than the official one

    4. It's stopped me been able to mix my game an voice to how I want, put it over to all voice an can still hear game just as loud as before!

Its doing my head in now as I've not been able to use my headset for months an months now! I have Astro A40 an my girlfriend has A50 an there both the same!

I've done the march update an the controller update!

    :)

Looking for xbox one headset recommendations

    Budget:
    $150-$250.

    Preferences:
    No chat adapter required
Dolby Digital (have they patched it in yet?)
    Wireless

I had Turtlebeach x41's and loved them. The chat adapter ruins sound quality.

Headset mod for turtle beach, astro , triton etc

buy the chat adapter, then spend a few more quid buying the relevant bits to link it all in to the chat adapter as it will give you both chat and audio for your headset anyway, adapter is £20 then maybe another £5 to link the bits in, cheaper than a new headset
