Chat adapter not working/making console freeze

The chat adapter is making my console freeze and its not working. it seems to work sometimes in party chat but game chat not working at all.

I also noticed that when i power off the console the xbox button on my console blinks in and out constantly before completely shutting down. What does that mean and its that normal?



The chat adapter issue started happening after the july update. Beforehand it worked perfectly.



The glowing power button been happening for a while when trying to shut down the console.



any recommendations or thoughts are appreciated. thanks

Chat Adapter Console Freezing Issue..Will it ever be resolved??

everything is updated chat adapter controller and system. and i have tried hard reset still not working properly. The headset does not work in game chat at all. In party chat it worked until i went to game chat. Ever since the update this issues started
happening. It has to be the update that caused all these issues for ton of people.

- Do you have performed a Hard Reset? (Power Button Holding for ~15sec. until full powers down)

that will clear System-Cache

-Do you have your Controller+Adapter Updated? If not do it under Settings->System-> Controller Update. Follow the Instructions.

the light is maybe indicator to Show that it is already shutting down. don^t know exactly but it`s normal. I also have it.

still having issue a month later..this is just plain unacceptable.
