Chat Adapter Console Freezing Issue..Will it ever be resolved??

The chat adapter is making my console freeze and its not working. it seems to work sometimes in party chat but game chat not working at all.

everything is updated chat adapter controller and system. and i have tried hard reset still not working properly. The headset does not work in game chat at all. In party chat it worked until i went to game chat. Ever since the update this issues started
happening. It has to be the update that caused all these issues for ton of people.

Controller does not work after inactivity

Rated, can you confirm if you have anything attached to the controller when this happens (e.g. the chat adapter or chat headset?) I ask because I started getting this in 1407, but only when the chat adapter is connected. In this case, even if it just does
that brief "disconnected" thing that sometimes happens during a game, when the controller reconnects, it completely freezes the system.

I do know that the engineers are looking into the freezing-on-reconnect issue, but it's good to mention this one too, just so they know all of the "bad behavior" and if it's a separate issue, they'll see it.

I would suggest doing a hard reset, hold down the power button on the front of the Xbox One for about 10-15 seconds until the power goes off completely, that should clear the cache out of the machine. Then power it up and see if it works. Don't just do the
"Xbox Off" shortcut or use the controller, make sure you use the front of the console to do this.

I have seen where others have said that the headset adapter resolved a lot of the headset issues. I use an adapter and have never had any issues but that is all that I have ever used.
