Charlie Murder Online Broken?

This is one of the free games for 360 right now. After doing a little research it appears that the online does not function whatsoever. Can anyone verify this? Is anyone playing this and want to try and team up to test it out?

Also if you are playing, do you know if you can continue leveling up after you beat the end boss? I am lvl. 24 and i beat the game. Now I want to level up again so i can unlock other abilities but seems like I'm not going anywhere.

brothers seems more plot/story driven, while what i've seen of charlie murder looks like it might be more stage/level fighter based, so i'd probably go with charlie murder...but you've already got shoot many robots so why would you need another arcade game?

In the same it keeps telling me to sign into xbox live to access the feature even though i am signed in

 

I can't even download this game. It has no option on the dashboard or on this site to download it. Is it region locked or something?

 

I'm pretty sure it's broken. Quick Match rarely works, and when it does the game doesn't even start before it kicks you back out. Creating a game and having someone join the lobby crashes the game and sends you back to the Dashboard. If you still want to
try, I'm up for it though. I just won't be expecting much.

Works for me but people start the matches fast that's why u get kicked so often. And yes u can level after finishing the normal difficulty. Just try chaos mode or play with someone with a higher level. I'm level 41
