Chariot Achievements Not Unlocking For Player 2

Hi everyone.

I need some help cos the web has let me down. Well, I'm probably just using poor search terms but it's one of those things are difficult to find with a succinct description.

I've started playing that free co-op game, Chariot, with the wifey but she's not unlocking any achievements and I can't work out why. The Kinect recognised her and we started playing for the first time and when we finished the first level, I unlocked 3 achievements
but she got nothing.

I remember that I was the only player at the very start of the game and she had to enter in a classic 'Player 2 press start' manner so I thought that might have been it. I tried a console restart, followed by a manual sign in with my favourite player 2 out
of the room and this time we both started the first level together but still no achievements At the end of it.

There's no additional sign in options on the opening menu of the game and she's definitely signed in to the console, linked to the second pad.

I'm stuck. Any suggestions?

Yes it just an ad for the movie. Just 3 chariot races. I am missing 2 trophies. Use not heal potions, and personally destroy all chariots in all 3 races.

Can Chariots be played by one person? It looks like a 2-player game.

Looking at the achievement list it only mentions 2 that are specifically co-op, this website

www.xboxachievements.com/.../forumdisplay.php

has comments from the developers, it appears that the co-op partner does not unlock the majority of the achievements

Am I safe to assume that the problem has subsided since you recently unlocked an achievement for Chariot? (congrats by the by). If so, great. If not, let us know and we will do our best to help.

Hi, I played Overcooked 2 in local split screen a while back with both of us signed in to our profiles, and looked back at our achievement unlock dates as I recall we had played through the campaign twice. It looks like only the player who was Player 1
at the time unlocked the achievements. Unless the game has been updated since then to change this, I believe that only Player 1 unlocks the achievements in local co-op.

It looks like in online co-op, both players unlock most achievements together, although there is at least one that only unlocks for the host player. This info comes from the achievements page for the game on

TrueAchievements.

EPIC makes great games but they need to work on their achievements. Going all the way back to the first Gears game, achievements wouldn't unlock when they were supposed to. Wasn't there was a glitch on Gears 2 where if you loaded up a split screen game
with 2 profiles, player 1 would unlock the multiplayer achievements that player 2 had already gotten?
