Charging without my knowledge?

In the past I spoke to someone in your call center and asked that you not charge my account for xbox charges and games any longer. As of this month, my debit card is being charged every month and sometimes the costs are over $300. I did not approve these
charges and I will attempt to change my card so that you are not able to continue this practice.

In the mean time, I want you to stop taking money from my account and giving it to MSBill.inf

I plan to check my bank statement each month from now on and if charges appear, I will take action to have it returned to me.
