Charging twice for the same arcade game/dlc

So, I was checking my billing history and saw 2 things charged twice on Live. What should I do?

Fallot 4 is charging twice for the dlc`s

Could anyone tell me, because the Fallout 4: Digital Deluxe Bundle version is pricing the season pass and the DLC`S all together

This is practically charging what you already have

Pay twice for the DLC`S, the season pass, which already comes with all together and the DLC`S separated as well

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I do not think it's fair, I hope it's just an Xbox Live Marketplace error.

I have had the same issue as onyx62is with rise of the tomb raider where I have been charged twice to purchase the game. I have tried calling support and been on hold for 20 minutes with nobody answering! How do I get my money back??
