Discus and support charging the elite 2 on PC in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I Just got the elite series 2 controller and noticed the charging indicator never goes solid it is always flashing how ever the app shows fully charged...     charging the elite 2 on PC


    I Just got the elite series 2 controller and noticed the charging indicator never goes solid it is always flashing how ever the app shows fully charged however after a full night on the charge station after about 2 hours of play it shut off trying to reconnect it and it would for 2 seconds then shut off again so I put it back on the charger and after 6 hours the led still flashing but app says fully charged should I just send it back

    Thanks for the feedback .... however atm it seems to be working correctly, and the led is solid now. played a few hours tonight and no problems if it comes up again I will definitely send it back.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this question. As the Ambassadors have previously stated, the USB-C cord that comes with the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 can be used to charge the controller, as well as connect it to your PC or
    console so that you may use it in a wired capacity.

    Hi PlainMax21! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    A charging dock is included with the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. Plug the USB-C cable into the back of the dock and then plug the other end into your console or PC. Once the dock is connected, gently place the controller onto it to begin charging.
