Charging for failed attemps on purcase

Pretty bad i try buying a movie on my vudu app.they fail twice but microsoft still charged for item twice then when them are refunded money never goes back to back so becareful they steal these days and give runaround for over a month and say there working
on issue but do nothing to refund what they they did......

Sorry to hear you are having refund issues. I can say Microsoft are not out to steal your money and I would recommend you get in touch with the Subscriptions and Billing team at Xbox
Support to get this issue looked into and resolved.

I did 17 times they maybe if i talked to someone at microsoft not a call ctr over seas in another world it would get fixed do me a favor stay out as aambassador myself for over 13 yrs they dont care anymore like when they did yrs ago

Maybe ur card was barred, after 2 failed attemps to take payment they block it.

Having said that, that should of been explained to you, and solved.

Hi in thats case you should contact xbox support so they could rest it your password or fix your account because maybe it locked after alot of failed attemps
