Charging expired debit card?

I forgot to switch off auto-renew for my gold account a few months ago, so they charged to my expired card. Sometime last month I added my new card to my payment options, and i swear i switched it to my primary payment option. Anyway, a few days ago my account
was suspended, yet today it is still trying to charge my expired card, even though (this time for sure) switched my payment option to the new card. It's saying i have to wait till 9/27 before the new card is charged. Is that right? If so, is there any way
to speed it up? If not, ill have to wait 21 days, and only have 4 days of gold left before it expires.

I'm not able to confirm purchase for 12 month Gold.

Maybe possible of Credit card,Debit card Expired

If Occurs,Please go to Account management,Change Debit/Credit card

Remove old one,That expired

Not true. A lot of factors go into whether or not you will be stuck with the charges. Never EVER use your debit card online. Not sure what state you are in (I'm sure each have their own laws on the subject) but as a general rule debit cards have very little consumer protections. So, I guess be careful.

Thanks for the advice! The issue was resolved in about 5 minutes, and they reimbursed me for my 5 days of lost gold.

 

I have the same problem but iit was an oustanding ea access payment. I switched the card details over payed the £4 that i owed them yet i still cant make any purchases on the new card even though i have money in my bank account. A friend said it could be
because i kept tryin to use my new card and that Microsoft freeze it, if this is true, when can i get back to making purchases as i was last week? Can anyone help me?
