    charge and play not charging

    Hi

    I would first try removing the battery from the controller and putting it back in again just incase it may have moved and not connected properly. If you still have issues after this I would contact where you purchased the play and charge kit from and try
    to get a replacement.

    charge and play not charging

    I got my xbox one s 2 weeks ago and bought the microsoft charge and

    play kit same day. It was working fine until today. If i unplug the cord

    from the back of my controller it tells me my batteries are low. I can

    play as long as I leave it in. Ive left in in for hours and still the

    minute I unplug it tells me batteries are low. Also the light is always

    White which means its fully charged I believe, but xbox tells me its

    "critical low" when I go to my devices from the dashboard... Any suggestions or fixes? Thanks...

  5. I cannot get into the history so I do not have the order numbers for any of these charges, so I cannot submit the request

  7. That's what I tried doing, I was told fill the form out, but I have no order numbers, can't get anyone to call me to get this resolved

    Refunds can only be requested on the online form here:
    Refund Request
    . To get order numbers for the charges you are referencing, visit your

    Order History
    while signed into your Microsoft Account.

  10. When I go into my Microsoft acct and go into order history it doesn't show any order numbers. I need to speak with someone to help get this resolved.

    You will need to contact support either by chat or you would request a call back at Contact Us | Xbox Support (say no thanks to the virtual assistant).

    Hi Kelly,

    These order number tend to show up on the email confirmation of the purchase that gets sent out after buying something in the Microsoft store. If you're not sure where the charges are coming from to be able to process a refund request or can't find the information
    you can request a callback from a representative or chat with one online.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
    no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    I apologize about that the website was updated try it this way;

    When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks for the virtual agent,

    • Step 3 ----Select topic "See my purchase History"
    • Step 3-----Select the option 'Show contact options'
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Xbox Play And Charge Kit Won't Charge

    When you first got your play and charge kit, did you plug it in and let it charge uninterrupted without playing for one full charge?

    If not, it did not charge properly and will not function properly, suck as losing charge or being unable to charge properly.

    I made and bought a controller using xbox design labs and never got a conformation email, but they took the money from my account.

    If there is no charge showing up on your order history then it means that you weren't charged for it. If you were charged by your bank, please contact them to dispute the charge and inform them that you are not seeing any completed charge for it.
