    I bought gold yesterday and noticed I was charged twice I’ve been trying get if a hold of Xbox but all they take me to is that stupid virtual agent who can’t help and I call the contact us number and it does nothing but bring me back here by sending a code
    to my phone but or email. I am really getting annoyed with this I want my other 9.99 back

    To get help with this issue, you will want to contact Official Xbox support's billing department. Go to
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They have access to your account (unlike us volunteers) and can help you get things straightened out!

    I was charged twice this month: 12/16 and 12/26 for the monthly subscription. Anyone know why?

    Unfortunately the only way to contact billing is through phone or chat support. You will have to reach out there.

    Smwutches is correct in that you will need to contact phone or chat for all billing issues as we do not have the proper tools to assist over the Forums.

    When accessing the
    contact us page
    be sure to click "No thanks" on the virtual agent and you will be taken the chat support and phone support section.

    We hope they are able to assist you in a timely manner!

    If you were charged for an item you did not receive then you'll need to contact support and speak with billing.

    Hello Adam,

    We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to look up the card and find if any other accounts are tied to it.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
    steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
