check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to see what was purchased and request a refund and contact support (request a call back) so you can update them
on the situation.

I had this happen to me as well. I called Xbox and they told me they could do an investigation which would take 4-7 days, during which time my xbox live account would be unaccessible, or I could contact my bank and see how long it takes them to reverse the
charges. It took about 3 to 4 days from when the money was taken out of my account to when it was credited back to me disputing the charges through my bank. I didn't go the Xbox route because I wanted my account active. Also, put a password on your console
if you don't already. Hope this helps.

Yep. Charged my account on launch day, waited in my bank account to be authorized for 4 days, then canceled the charge. Now they've just charged me again today. When I ordered on launch day I was told shipping would take 1-2 days and would be EXPEDITED.

Also you can have up to 4 different Bing reward accounts per IP address. I have my main account and 3 dummy ones. I can get $25 a month if I do them everyday.
