charges on my bank card

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are seeking to cancel automatic charges on your account.

It's important that you be signed into the account that has the subscription on auto-renewal, so that you are able to

cancel recurring charges for that service.

You can do this by checking out the
Services and subscription page and selecting your subscription to turn off auto-renwal.

Hey motokid756 that status code means that the card provider or the bank is not authorizing the charge or the $0.00 authrization charge contact the card provider or the bank to get that taken care of

I thought that a charge from a credit card is the same as a bank account? There's no way it would charge your bank account directly without a credit card on file.

I have had the same thing happen to me for the past 12 months now. No microsoft subscriptions ever, but unauthorised monthly charges to my credit card account for $15.95au MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 MONT MSBILL.INFO AU. Credit card has now been replaced three (3) times, but the bank (the biggest bank in aus) assures me that this time the charges will stop. In my case, I don't believe it was actually Microsoft charging my card. It has now been 2 months since the last unauthorised charge hit my account.
