    I’m being charged at 2 and 3 week intervals for Xbox Gamepass, there’s no 30 day subscription. Nothing about the time frame of the charges makes a bit of sense. In February I was just kicked from the sub list and had to pay for a month I had access to the
    previous day, no charge was due. Paid on Feb. 17, March 1, March 31...what gives?? EA access actually charges me 2-3 days in advance and literally freezes me out of the membership for that wait period. Why would I not be entitled to a refund for all those
    days? They’ve really been stacking up over time, why am I paying for the sub if I can’t even access it for 30 days? Gold Live is having issues too, 2 accounts on our console and they were both renewed for a year within a month of one another. Now they’re taking
    turns deciding one of us suddenly has no subscription, first mine then the other after I thought mine was fixed. Rewards? I keep seeing “Refunded” amounts on my account history with no information as to whom or where these refunds have gone to. They just disappear.
    I see this is a problem for many but I don’t see anyone responding. Could we get support on the support page, please?? Calling tomorrow, I’m not sure why that’s not the only option you offer if you’re not going to utilize the option offered to your customers
    as a valid alternative. Just remove the help link.

    option and then select either the option to Chat With Xbox Support or Request a call from support, Also you should be able to review your
    account charges here and
    subscriptions here if you require.

    Follow-up, Xbox has stellar phone support. I’ve never had a problem via call tech. I’m not trying to be rude, searching ‘multiple charges’, subscription problems and Gold membership issues shows a consistent and widespread problem. I’m genuinely curious
    and a bit frustrated by the lack of information, ingnored requests for help and amount of people who are being charged unfairly just as I have been. Any help would obviously be appreciated, even if it’s just that the issue has become widespread enough to warrant
    response. Thanks!

    My account charges show all of the above, that’s what initially alerted me to the issues, unfortunately they’ve gotten increasingly worse and have become a multitude of problems I can no longer ignore. I’ll request a call from support when they’re open due
    to the number of questions I have. Live Chat isn’t open in my region currently, so the help bot led me here. I greatly appreciate your suggestions and time, however. Thanks for the suggestions!
