    Charges and refunds recur while Series X order never progresses beyond pending......It's...


    Was stoked to complete a Series X order on 11/11 at the Microsoft Store

    The initial estimated fulfillment date was 2 days later, based on the shipping method.

    the total was $559.63 and they explicitly note the charge wont occur till it ships.

    Every day since the order:

    • I wake up
    • verify funds debited
    • check my order
    • see order pending with no fulfillment date
    • say "oh well" out loud
    • go about my day

    On 3 occasions Microsoft and Optimism Tag-Team-Troll me:

    • I wake up
    • See bank txt regarding refund of $559.63(preauth changing to charge?)
    • See bank txt regarding charge of $559.63(they're gonna ship!)
    • verify funds debited
    • check my order
    • see order pending with no fulfillment date
    • utter unabbreviated "F!"
    • go about my day

    If you have a launch day order pending with no fulfillment date, you are not alone.

    However, Im gonna try some vendor restock events this week, and hopefully I can just cancel this.

    Deleted my card from my Microsoft Xbox account then my game pass got cancelled without a refund

    You can't remove a card while it's attached to an active subscription which is most likely why it was cancelled. Typically you have to choose to "Cancel and refund" in order to get a refund, but you can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can do anything. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    In order to not be charged again, you just need to turn off recurring subscriptions.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com.
    Select “Services and Subscriptions” from the drop-down menu.
    Look for Minecraft recurring loading and select “Manage”.
    Select “Turn off recurring billing” to stop recurring charging.
    If you want to request a refund, follow these steps:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com.
    Select “Order History” from the drop-down menu.
    Find the Minecraft charge and select “Request a refund.”
    Follow the instructions to complete the refund request.
    Please note that refunds may take several business days to process and appear in your bank account.

    We suggest checking the
    Order History     on the Microsoft Account to see if the charge actually went through or was refunded. If the charge was refunded the license for it was revoked so it wouldn't be able to be accessed. We suggest checking out our Recurring
    billing dates for your Microsoft subscription     page for more clarity on this issue.

    Oh.. Okay! I did choose "Cancel and refund" then i deleted my credit card to be sure to not get charged! Thanks everything, I will try and contact the support!
