chargement infini FH4[Translation-FH4 infinite loading]

Bonjour,

J'ai récemment commencé jouer FH4. Au début, tout allais bien, sauf au moment où j'ai été qualifié pour Horizon (après avoir fait toutes les saisons au début du jeu). La cinématique de présentation se lance, puis après plus rien. Juste un chargement
infini sur fond noir. Je pensais que c'était normal, que le jeu cherchais une session multijoueur mais ça a duré plusieurs heures. J'ai été voir sur internet et j'ai trouvé aucun cas comme le miens. J'ai déj essayé pas mal de truc mais rien ne fonctionne.

I recently started playing FH4. At first, everything was fine, except when I qualified for Horizon (after having done all the seasons at the beginning of the game). Presentation cinematics start, then after nothing. Just an endless load on a black background.
I thought it was normal, that the game was looking for a multiplayer session but it lasted several hours. I've been seeing it on the internet and I've found no case like mine. I've already tried a lot of stuff but nothing works.

Hey Xbox Fan,

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [DELETE EVERYTHING]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything, go with that option. You will have to reinstall all profiles, games and apps but that should resolve your issue. Hope

If you haven't done so already, I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game from your PC.
