Contact customer support and notify them on the charge details with time.

They will sort this out and revoke the GamePass.

I have done this for my subscription issue.

i got charged for 3 month of gamepass but i declined the game pass and i cant play gamepass games so why did i get charged for 177NOK?!

Um I would definitely call Microsoft for a refund. Also are you the only one using your xbox?

Just to let you know, in case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

After approval, refund estimated time can be up to 3 business days, but it can take more than expected due to internal processes with your financial institution (so, if you saw when cancelling that you’re going to receive a refund for the cancelled subscription. You may need to wait this time , in some cases the refund appears in your monthly bank statement)

**All refunds goes to the original payment method used
