Charged without getting the game

So today I tired to buy “Elden Ring” I got charged 59.99 but I didn’t get the game and it’s tell me I have to pay it again. Is there anyway I can get the game or my money back.

I got absolutely nowhere apparently. Went 2 months without a charge after calling now it's being charged again but this time 21.59! This is getting ridiculous!

Yes but I've talked with both of them. Neither of them have been charged and also aren't the type of people to accidentally set my Xbox as their home one.

Do you share your console with anyone else or have any of your friends used your console? It sounds like someone else has your console set as their Home console which would cause anything they purchase to automatically download on your console as well.
