    I had $45 of brand new Xbox gift cards and I put them in my Xbox and bought Forza 5 and it is $60 dollars after the Xbox gift cards it was $15 dollars but them I got charged $60 dollars what’s up with that

    I used a MS Play and Charge kit for a while and never had any problems, but recently got a Venom charging cradle that charges two pads at a time, also came with two batteries, great for a tenner

    Just so I understand you your bank statement shows that you were charged two times but MS order history only shows one charge?

    Are you sure that it is an actual charge on the bank statement and not a hold that will fall off after a certain amount of time? Which MS has no control over that is your bank.

    Are you sure that you didnt order it possibly on two different MS accounts?

    If there is two charges on your bank statement and only one charge on your MS order history that is all MS is showing that they charged you for and anything anyone is going to be able to see at MS you would have to take that second charge up with your bank
    at that point.
