Why am I getting charged twice a month

I was charged twice for microsoft xbox

I spent $21 and it charged me twice. Why does it charge me twice this is not the first time this has happened.

Let's check the transaction on your end, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see two transactions from there? If you can s two transactions you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

But if you're seeing only one transaction you may need to reach out to your bank so they can validate the other charge.

What probably happened is the automatic payment was going though at the same time you were making your purchase. You can stack up to three years of LIVE time at once. If you want to dispute this, call up phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us).
Otherwise, the time will stay on your account and you won't be charged next year. So really it's up to you, but my feeling here is you will get two year's worth of time here.
