Charged twice when I purchased Halo 5

tried to purchase Halo5 on Xbox One. first attempt sorted of hanged on and brought me back to the store page, which showed that I still had yet to purchase the game. So i try to buy it again. Same error and it throws me back to the store page, which again
shows that I havent purchased the game. So i go on my PC to try and purchase it there, and it says I already purchased it, twice.

Would appreciate assistance to cancel the charge on the 2nd purchase. Obviously it makes no sense to buy 2 digital copies for one console and one Xbox account.

Purchased same game twice!

I have somehow purchased Halo 5: Guardians from the Xbox store twice, please help me this game is not cheap!

The possibilities to purchase twice the same item on the same account are very slim yet if you think you have been charged twice contact xbox chat support billing section:

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Seems there might be an issue with the summer deals....I have two charges of £31.50 on my bank account for one copy of Battleborn.

Think you might want to look into it.........

The two purchases, are they showing as pending charges on a card, or solid/applied charges?

If both are showing as pending, one will drop off in a couple days while the other will actually be applied to the card.

Same thing happens when using a credit card at a gas station.

I would ring support, and get them to check your purchase history. When they see you were charged twice, they will refund the extra.
