    Hello,

    I bought a friend of mine farcry primal digital gift code as and early christmas present on nov 28 2020, and when i check my bank statments i was charged $14.90 (game was on sale) twice once on nov 28 2020 by Microsoft*Xbox Mississauga and a second time
    nov 29 2020 by Microsoft*Xbox Mississauga ON

    I checked my order history and i says i only purchased one so why was i charged twice?

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time, you may have accidentally purchased the game twice but let's validate.

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there please check if you can see the two transactions from there. If yes, you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

    If there is only one transactions, you may need to dispute the charge to your bank.

    Yes I check my cards purchase history. And no on the refund cause its past 15 days. Even tho i only just realized the mistake now. I just keep getting sent to different departments with no results.
