    Hello. I just recently tried to purchase a game during the sale on my Xbox One, and it didn't go through at first, due to my bank putting a temporary block on my card due to multiple purchases in the last couple of days. I didn't realize this at first, and
    tried again, and the purchase went through. I later checked my bank account online and it said I had been charged twice for the game. (The game was the Walking Dead Michonne Miniseries Complete Season, btw.) Is there a way to refund my accidental second purchase
    of the same thing? I hope so, I can't own 2 copies of the same game on the same gamertag!

    I bought a month of Xbox Live Gold on November 2nd 2011 for myself and I got charged 10.19$ CAD twice for it... I wouldn't really care if it gave me 2 months for charging me twice but my time runs out December 2...And the weird thing is the payments are
    towards 2 different receivers?
