    I recently pre ordered a Xbox Series S and was charged the moment my purchase went through, no big problem. I recieved an alert from my bank saying the amount was taken from my account. I’ll get my console next month, again not a big deal.

    Today I got another alert from my bank telling me the amount was pulled from my bank again?

    Now we have an issue.

    I called your support line to try to straighten this out.

    The person i spoke to told me you are randomly checking to see if I have the funds to cover my purchase and the money will be back in my account. The “real” purchase will happen closer to shipping.

    Thats a big issue.

    So why are doing this several times and are you going to continue to do this to my bank account until i get my purchase next month?

    Right now my bank is taking those funds out and my balance is all messed up.

    This is a terrible way of treating your customers.

    To clarify the issue of mailing back hardware, the point of All Access was originally to allow people tp buy an Xbox One on credit and then return the One to upgrade to a Series S/X without further charges. You can also just buy a Series S/X through All Access and wouldn't need to send in any hardware. The 34.99 charge includes both Ultimate and the monthly payment for the console.

    You would have to buy the games digitally (if possible) in order to play them on the Series S. Smart Delivery is for games that are being released on both the One and Series S/X so you can get the next-gen version without having to pay twice.

    Yes it will, it just won't look as good as the Series S/X version. If he hasn't been charged yet, he can also cancel the pre-order and purchase the Series S/X version instead.
