I recently purchased an add on for B:BC2, but I was charged twice for the same add on.

Can I be refunded for this?

I would contact Xbox Support over the phone, so someone from our team can look at your account and arrange a refund. Also take a look at the other suggestions posted in this thread, as you may be advised to fill in the refund form.

Refunds take up to 30 days to be processed to the original method of payment, but normally are processed sooner.

You would need to phone support for your region as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues & issue a refund.

Nothing we can do here i'm afraid.You will need to phone support for your region.They are the only one's who can give you a refund if you have been charged twice.

I have had the same issue as onyx62is with rise of the tomb raider where I have been charged twice to purchase the game. I have tried calling support and been on hold for 20 minutes with nobody answering! How do I get my money back??
