Charged Twice for Same DLC Pack

Hi...

I purchased the Honest Hearts DLC pack for Fallout New Vegas for $9.99 on 10/29/14. Then I went back to the purchase page that describes what's included in the DLC and instead of hitting back, I accidentily hit purchase again and was charged another $9.99.
The same day I had just added a $50 card to my account, but I can't recall how much I had leftover from the previous card. On my purchase history it only shows that DLC once, so I thought the money would be automatically returned, as you shouldn't be able
to buy any pack twice. Of course, it was never credited to me. Going through the store, I notice that some things I've purchased say they been purchased and some don't, meaning a similar mistake could be made again. The purchase history also doesn't show the
value of the cards I've added, and I don't think it even shows the old MSP stuff before they decided to use regular money(since I used MSP to purchase Minecraft and that isn't in the purchase history). I shred receipts after one year. So there's no way for
me to go back through everything from the beginning and prove it. Especially since it conviently only shows up once in the purchase history. I'd like my $9.99 back.

If you have been double billed for any items, you will need to contact phone support for your region and see if they can refund one of the point purchases. Normally point purchases are final but this is typically one scenario that they can make an exception
for.

same account, same box, i know it will ask if you want to download again if you already have the content, but ive never had it charge me for it twice?
