    Hi, I recently bought Player Unknown's BattleGrounds, my first attempt at clicking buy ,the store failed, i went to check my games and apps to see if i was there, which it was not, i went back to the store and it said "Buy" so obviously
    it hadn't purchased and clicked buy again and this time it worked, however i noticed in my bank today i had been charged the £24.99 TWICE, i checked my order history to see if i bought anything i forgot about or had any subscriptions, which i did not, my last
    purchase before pubg was 20 days prior, do i need to contact Microsoft/Xbox, or will it be noticed as an error and counter itself, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

    I bought a month of Xbox Live Gold on November 2nd 2011 for myself and I got charged 10.19$ CAD twice for it... I wouldn't really care if it gave me 2 months for charging me twice but my time runs out December 2...And the weird thing is the payments are
    towards 2 different receivers?

    Hello Adam,

    We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to look up the card and find if any other accounts are tied to it.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
    steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
