Charged twice for one pre-order for FIFA 20 Ultimate edition

Hello, I have just looked at my bank statement to find that I have been charged twice for the same FIFA 20 Ultimate edition pre-order. I remember that there was an error when I tried to download the first time, so I refreshed the page to purchase and continued
for a second time. I thought it would be logical to only charge me once for the pre-order on the same console but am a bit miffed as to how I can get my money back for one of the pre-orders that I will never be able to use... please help

I would suggest going via
https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us select billing and at virtual agent select "see other options" select a topic, then select "show contact options" and request a callback.

So if i pre order fifa 20 ultimate edition on my xbox, will i get the packs and the early access or will the console that has my home xbox get the benefits?

Hi guys, I pre ordered Fifa 22 Ultimate edition a while ago to get the pre order benefits, but on my games it says i have only pre ordered the standard edition. Do i get the ultimate edition benefits on release day? Or has something gone wrong? thank you.
